These Terms of Use govern your use of the HockeyApps mobile and web applications (“the App”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for coaching, team management, or personal use.

3. User Content

You may enter team names, rosters, lineups, logos, and other information. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You are responsible for ensuring:

You have permission to use any uploaded images or logos
Your content does not infringe on the rights of others

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. HockeyApps does not collect or store your content on our servers.

5. In-App Purchases

Some features may require payment or subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and all purchases are subject to the App Store or Google Play Store policies.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or modify the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to circumvent licensing or subscription controls

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Coaching decisions, game outcomes, and player usage are solely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

HockeyApps is not liable for:

Loss of data stored on your device
Any damages resulting from use or misuse of the App

9. Termination

We may terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
