Scoresheet stickers turn repeated roster handwriting into a document you can prepare ahead of time. The current workflow uses Scoresheet Stickers inside the native Hockey Lineup Manager app for iPhone and iPad. You do not need a Pro subscription for this tool.
What you need
- Hockey Lineup Manager installed from the App Store.
- An accurate team roster and coaching staff details.
- A printer and Avery 8163-compatible label sheets.
- Your team logo if you want to include one.
Create the label PDF
- Open Scoresheet Stickers inside the app.
- Add or select the roster you intend to use.
- Check the team name, player numbers, coaching staff, and logo.
- Export the PDF and inspect the roster before printing.
Use the game organizer’s required information and confirm that roster labels are accepted. A label should not cover other fields on an official sheet.
Test the printer before using label stock
Print one copy on plain paper. Compare it with the physical labels and check both vertical and horizontal alignment. Use actual-size printing where the printer supports it, and follow the exported PDF’s orientation rather than rotating it by guesswork.
Printer scaling, margins, and paper handling can vary. A test avoids wasting a full pack of labels, especially if you change printers or print settings.
Review the roster each time it changes
A saved team list is convenient, but jersey numbers, attendance, and coaching staff can change. Make a fresh export when the information changes and bring only the copies you expect to need.
Keep private family information out of the roster label. Use the team’s approved administration process for registration and contact records.
What this tool does not do
Scoresheet Stickers prepare roster labels. They do not fill in the official game’s scoring events or certify player eligibility. Lineup cards, practice plans, and team statistics are other HLM workflows with their own access requirements.
