One hockey coaching app, from roster to season review
Hockey Lineup Manager is an iPhone and iPad app for hockey coaches, assistants, and team managers. It combines game preparation, practice planning, diagrams, and season records. Scoresheet Stickers, Lineup Manager, Cross-Ice Rotation, Practice Planner, My Drills, Hockey Whiteboard, and Season Stats are tools inside the same app.
Build a lineup the staff can read
Use a saved roster to arrange forward lines, defense pairs, and goalie assignments. Add game details and team branding, save the lineup by opponent and date, then reopen or duplicate it for another game. Export a lineup PDF for the bench or assistant coaches. A shared PDF is a snapshot, so send a revised copy when the plan changes.

Keep Cross-Ice groups organized
Set up the available players and goalies, review pairings, and manage the sequence with shift timers, a game clock, and previous/next controls. Availability and injury controls help the staff respond to changes. Review the resulting rotation for your game format rather than treating an app-generated order as a league rule.

Plan practices and reuse your teaching references
Build a practice timeline with durations and coaching notes. My Drills keeps reusable references such as videos, external links, photos, and saved Whiteboard diagrams. Draw routes and equipment arrangements on Hockey Whiteboard, then use the relevant diagram in a plan. Share supported plans, drills, diagrams, and PDFs after checking which media the chosen export includes.

Keep player and goalie records in context
Record goals, assists, penalties, and goalie performance, then review individual games or season totals. Season Stats supports PDF reports. Confirm entries before interpreting totals, and use coaching observations alongside the numbers. A statistical record does not replace the official scoresheet or a complete player-development review.

Create roster labels with team information, coaches, and a logo. Export a print-ready PDF for Avery 8163-compatible labels. The Scoresheet Stickers tool does not require a Pro subscription; advanced coaching tools may require Pro.

Saved rosters, local data, and sharing
Save up to five team rosters and choose a separate default roster for supported tools. App data is stored locally, with backup options for safekeeping. Sharing an export is not live multi-device collaboration. Keep a separate backup before replacing a device or removing the app.
Is this a website tool or an iOS app?
The current product is the native Hockey Lineup Manager app for iPhone and iPad. Download it from the App Store rather than following old browser-install or PWA instructions.
What is free, and what needs Pro?
The download and Scoresheet Stickers are free. Some advanced tools require Hockey Lineup Manager Pro. Check the current App Store listing and the app’s purchase screen for included features and pricing.
