Developer: HockeyApps.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”)
App: Hockey Lineup Manager (the “App”)
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement solely between you and HockeyApps.com, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”).
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the App, its content, or any associated support, maintenance, or warranty obligations.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, consistent with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:

HockeyApps.com is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, as described in this EULA or as required under applicable law.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance, support, or updates for the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HockeyApps.com disclaims all warranties related to the App and your use of it.
Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty or maintenance obligations.
HockeyApps.com — not Apple — is responsible for addressing:
All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its content (including but not limited to code, graphics, trademarks, and branding) are owned by or licensed to HockeyApps.com.
You are granted only a limited license to use the App as described above.
You acquire no ownership rights or other interest in the App’s intellectual property.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, including local, state, federal, and international regulations.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.
This license is effective until terminated by you or by HockeyApps.com.
You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App from your devices.
We may terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HockeyApps.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for downloading or using the App.
Use of the App may also be subject to additional third-party terms, such as those imposed by your wireless carrier or Apple.
You agree to comply with such terms at your own expense.
Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
