For minor hockey, a useful roster starts with accurate names and jersey numbers. Before printing anything, decide whether you need a scoresheet label, a coaching lineup, or the association’s official registration record. They are not interchangeable.
Use a saved roster as your starting point
Hockey Lineup Manager keeps team rosters in its native iPhone and iPad app. Reuse the relevant roster in the supported tools, but check game attendance and number changes before generating a document.
A player listed in an app is not automatically eligible for a league or tournament. Handle eligibility and call-ups through the organizer’s required process.
Create free scoresheet labels
The Scoresheet Stickers tool exports printable roster labels for Avery 8163-compatible sheets. Add the team and coaching information you need and include a logo if appropriate. The sticker tool does not require Pro.
This is an app-generated label PDF, not a promise of a separate, fillable minor-hockey registration form. Print a plain-paper test and check alignment before using label stock.
Prepare a lineup when positions matter
For assistants or the locker room, a position-based lineup is often more useful than a basic roster list. In Lineup Manager, arrange the forward lines, defense pairs, and goalie assignments, then review and export the PDF.
Do not describe all PDF generation as free. Check the current in-app access requirements for the particular coaching tool you plan to use.
Limit what you distribute
Post only the information appropriate for the audience. Private contact information and medical notes do not belong on a roster displayed in a hallway. Keep those records in the team’s approved administration system.
If a player’s number changes, update your saved information and replace printed copies. A clean document is useful only if it is current.
