Confirm the game before arranging the lines
Choose the correct team and opponent, confirm attendance, and check goalie assignments. A saved lineup from the previous game is useful as a starting point, not proof that the current game has the same players available.
Give assistants one current reference
Save the lineup with the opponent and date, export the PDF, and tell staff which version to use. Explain the plan for extra players separately if it is not obvious from the position layout. Send a revised copy after a late change.
